Casio watches and wrist watch technology

Casio has really made some impressive timepieces. Being a huge company that makes Pda's and other electronic devices it is not surprising to see casio make wristwatches chalked full of technology. Casio watches seem to appeal to the young and to those of us that I like to call propeller heads as well as anyone that needs a rugged watch that can take abuse and also keep time as well as many other features. The propeller head watches are for people that love gadgets. Like Casio’s camera watch that takes full color pictures. Not to mention the remote control watches that work on Vcrs and TV’s of several different brands. Telememo watches are also nice for those of us that need to have information on the fly. The Casio data bank is one that fills that slot nicely. For the outdoorsman you have timepieces with other useful functions like a digital compass, thermometer, barometer, altitude measure and more. There is even one timepiece that measures the phases of the moon and features a tide graph. This is some of the functions that you will find in the pathfinder series. This series is great for any outdoorsman. Almost all of the pathfinder series also have features like daily alarms, some memory function, countdown timer, stop watch, are water resistant and some are now even solar powered so you never need to replace a battery. The g shock and baby g shock series of watches is probably one of there most popular creations. These are very popular with the younger generation as well as people that require a timepiece that is extremely durable. There are so many g shock and baby g shock models that I am only going to mention a few that I personally care for. Before I start let me say that there a variety of colors in this line. A lot of the Baby g watches are made quite colorful and probably appeal more to women then men, however there are also some in this line that are definitely rugged and made with appeal to a man. G shock has so many different types of models there is bound to be one to fit anyone’s needs. There are databank models with telememo functions, almost all have daily alarms and stop watch functions. There are world timers and twin sensor as well as solar powered atomic clock models available. Most are made from plastic and have a shock resistant housing. There are stainless steel as well as titanium models around and some are a combination of steel and plastic or rubber. There is also one model out now that has a leather cuff band which is becoming a popular look these days. There is surfer model now with a square face that I had never seen before. It has a tide graph. Ok let’s get to the Baby G shock models. These are quite similar to the regular G shock but are smaller in size making them not as bulky. These come in all kinds of colors from pink to baby blue to stainless steel or titanium. So there is something to appeal to almost everyone in this line. Of course these are all shock resistant like their big brother. All types of functions are available. there are solar powered baby g 's. Some are made from titanium, plastic and rubber or stainless steel. Functions like tele memo pages, daily alarms, countdown timer, stop watch and more can all be found in this line up. Casio also make a line called twin resist that is mud resistant. We have actually sold quite a few of these to the military because of there ruggedness. Casio wave ceptors are the atomic clock line by casio. These watches adjust automatically to the Atomic clock. Or you can push a button and have it update and adjust itself when you like.
